Must be U.S. citizen or legal resident without any history of arrest; fluent in language and English. Must be certified by a state court interpreter's program or hold ATA or federal certification. Prefer independent contractors with errors and omissions insurance, but not required. Fingerprint criminal background check with FBI and state police is required.
