Description: IB Consumer Customer Care with Sales- Sutherland provides a cost-effective and professional approach to assist our client in their continued goal of building a customer base that is a leader in the industry.
Part-Time agents currently answer inbound calls from our client's Residential customers across the South West region (Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas) and address the caller’s needs. Caller needs include billing issues, clarification of fees, general account information, promotions, product knowledge, repair/maintenance, general customer complaints, billing disputes, and credits/adjustments. Agents access various data-proprietary for the purposes of reviewing customer accounts and appropriately addressing the needs of the customer.
Upon completion of the customer care portion of the call, as appropriate, the agent attempts to uncover potential products/services needs in a sales-oriented conversation. The strategy includes a cross-sell and/or up-sell for additional consumer products/services for a better overall solution, and enhanced customer experience.
Other products and services include HSI (High-speed internet), DISH, Cingular, Long Distance (various packages), and various enhanced entertainment packages. By reviewing the customer account in detail, the agent can position our client to be the customer’s lone provider of a vast amount of communication and entertainment solutions.
In order to be considered for a work from home position with Sutherland@Home, there are some technical requirements your computer must have to run our software and connect to the Sutherland network:
- Pentium 4 process or equivalent
- 2 GHz or faster processor
- 2 GB of RAM
- 20 GB of available hard drive space
- Soundcard
- DVD player drive
- Broadband internet access through cable or high-speed DSL
- A dedicated work space from which to work
